Commercial Investment Institute

GayLynn Beighton of the Seattle commercial brokerage Chiles & Co. was elected 2003 president of the Washington chapter of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Robert Di Pietrae, an apartment broker with Hendricks & Partners in Seattle, became vice president, and Morgan Llewellan of Llewellan Real Estate will be treasurer. Larry Hoff of Coldwell Banker All American is the next secretary. The remaining new directors for next year are: Don Arsenault, Larry Dixon, Brian Peterson, Connie Boyle and Doug Smith.
