IREM

John Hatton of Legacy Partners was elected president of the Western Washington Chapter No. 27 of the Institute of Real Estate Management, or IREM, another National Association of Realtors affiliate. Hatton works as a vice president at Legacy Partners Residential Inc., a California-based major apartment developer with a Mercer Island office and various Puget Sound-area projects. The IREM chapter recently named him as its Certified Property Manager of the Year.
