Conifer 114 sold the 150-unit Golden Hemlock Apartments at 5939 N. 26th St. in Tacoma for $5.98 million to Golden Hemlock LLC. Broker Robert Di Pietrae put the deal together for Marcus & Millichap prior to his move to another firm.
The Seattle Housing Authority, meanwhile, paid Lam-Bow Associates $2.3 million for the 51-unit Lam Bow Apartments at 6935 Delridge Way S.W., another Di Pietrae deal.
Yoshiki Nakamura bought the 17-unit Auburn Oaks Apartments in Auburn at 44 Fifth St. N.E. for $815,000 from Auburn Oaks LLC. M&M's Scott Morasch represented the seller.
