Asset manager Kim Moore, a vice president at Pugh Capital Management, joined the board of the non-profit Housing Resources Group, which provides affordable housing in downtown Seattle. Bryan Friend of Washington Mutual was elected the board's president for this year. Laurel Spelman of the Downtown Emergency Service Center is vice president and president-elect. Quentin Kuhrau of Unico Properties is secretary and treasurer. HRG manages 1,596 apartments at 26 locations throughout Seattle. It is building 201 apartments in four locations and assisting two non-profit organizations in creating 343 more low-income apartments.
