The city of Bellevue will hold a Retail Roundtable in the City Council Chambers at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23. Broker David Messner of Northwest Atlantic Partners will talk about why Costco chose Bellevue to launch its first Costco Fresh store. Kevin O'Neill, the city's strategic planning manager, will discuss what 2000 census results say about Bellevue retail. Nordstrom diversity affairs director Johnetta Rowsey and Bank of America Factoria manager Paul Mills will tell how businesses benefit from serving minorities.
