Mark Capeloto of the commercial mortgage broker L.J. Melody & Co.'s Seattle office arranged $19.5 million in permanent financing from Washington Mutual Savings on Pier 70 for Triad Pier 70 LLC, L.J. Melody said. Pier 70 is located on the north end of the downtown Seattle waterfront. Triad Development redeveloped the pier a few years ago into 105,000 square feet of offices over two restaurants and parking. The Graham & Dunn law firm leases much of the office space.
