Arthur Jennings sold a seven-unit apartment building in Edmonds, at 19501 80th Ave. W., to David Taylor for $733,000. Marcus & Millichap broker Richard Walker represented Jennings.
M&M's Robert Sheppard received the listing to market the 91-unit Vantage Park Apartments on First Hill at a $12.5 million asking price for a Bellevue-based partnership, M&M said. Kim Probst leads the partnership that built the complex in 2000. The price equals a 7.2 percent cap rate. The property is at 1011 E. Terrace St. in Seattle and is 90 percent occupied. The asking price equals $137,353 per unit.
Dr. Brent Thomas sold a 10-unit apartment building at 9200 S.W. 15th St. in Seattle to Rahel Yirga for $458,000. M&M's George Miller represented the buyer and seller.
