Randy Kyte and Nathan Torgelson will talk about the $130 million Kent Station project at the next monthly lunch meeting of Commercial Real Estate Women. The event is scheduled for noon on Thursday, Feb. 13, at the Washington Athletic Club. When built, Kent Station will total 530,000 square feet of mixed uses in the center of Kent. Kyte, who played a key role in such big retail projects as Redmond Town Center, is an executive of Langly Properties, which is developing Kent Station with Tarragon Development.
