Harold Javete, whose family owns the Saxe Floral garden shop in Seattle's Ravenna neighborhood, has become a project manager for Lorig Associates, working on Lorig's conversion of the Saxe site into apartments and town homes. Javete also serves as a project manager on Lorig's Welch Apartments project in the Central District. Javete has 10 years of experience in business management, real estate development and sales. He ran Saxe Floral for four years. He holds a B.A. in finance from the University of Washington, where he completed the UW Extension's commercial real estate certificate program.
