|
Val Tomey joined Sage Real Estate Strategies as one of the new Seattle-based firm's five principals. Tomey rejoins
Jim Norman, Sage's founder, with whom she worked in the 1990s at The Norman Co. as general manager of the 76-story Bank of America Tower. Norman sold the Norman Co. to Trammell Crow in the late 1990s. He retired until forming Sage last year, while Tomey stayed with Trammell as a senior vice president and alliance director on the Swedish Medical Center account. Tomey managed assignments for other clients such as Microsoft and KeyCorp. As an International Habitat for Humanity volunteer, Tomey has helped build homes in Poland, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan and elsewhere.
