George Osborne was promoted to one of four principals of Lorig Associates, a Seattle urban development firm. The 17-year veteran joins Bruce Lorig, Harris Hoffman and Hal Ferris as principals. Osborne oversees technical aspects of development projects during design and construction and runs maintenance for 1,800 apartments and 350,000 square feet of commercial space. Osborne has worked on Uwajimaya Village, Queen Anne High School Apartments, Seattle Tennis Club renovation, Victoria Townhomes and Condominiums, and the Thurston County Courthouse.
