Northwest Multiple Listing Service

Craig Kline of Centralia was elected chairman of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service for 2003. Kline is president and designated broker for Coldwell Banker Kline & Associates. He becomes the first NWMLS chairman from Lewis County. Meribeth Hutchings of Windermere Real Estate-Lake Stevens, is the new vice chair. Dick Fulton of Coldwell Banker Bain's Lake Union office is secretary. Rick Schutte of Coldwell Banker Koetje Real Estate in Oak Harbor is treasurer.

Eight other brokers were elected to the 14-county listing service's 24-member board for this year: Matt Carroll of Windermere in Seattle, Don Dutton of Coldwell Banker Bain in Federal Way, Michael Grady of Coldwell Banker Bain in Mercer Island, Susan Hayes of John L. Scott in Federal Way, Sue Lantz of Windermere/Allen & Associates in Longview, Mike Larson of Harold A. Allen Co. in Tacoma, Presha Sparling of Gerrard Beattie & Knapp of Seattle and Gary Wright of Coldwell Banker-Gary Wright Real Estate in Marysville.
