Diana Lynn Ultican became community director for Shea Homes' Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, the 1,500-home master-planned community for active seniors on the east side of Redmond. Ultican will expose residents to programs, facilities and activities, and manage the homeowners' association. She's working on a pioneering educational partnership with the University of Washington. Before Trilogy, Ultican was president of three large Pacific Northwest travel agencies: AST Travel Management, Satellite Travel Systems and Stellar Travel. She was project director of a coalition of Protestant, Catholic, Jewish and Muslim Americans who built the multi-faith Habitat for Humanity homes at Snoqualmie Ridge.
