Stephen Ames was Coldwell Banker All-American Associates’ top-ranking agent last year, for the seventh year in a row. The firm employs more than 120 agents.The Federal Way resident is also one of the top agents in Coldwell Banker's international network. Ames has worked in real estate for 28 years and joined Coldwell Banker All-American Associates in 1988.
