Kiemle and Hagood

Kiemle and Hagood Co. has been hired to lead a new team that includes Susan Zimmerman of Seattle to manage and lease space at River Park Square in Spokane. Zimmerman, who represented the 350,000-square-foot Pacific Place in Seattle during its initial leasing phase, joins the team from Insignia Kidder Mathews of Seattle. She has 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Five other brokers and a leasing manager will work with the development team to bring occupancy of River Park Square to capacity, said Tom Quigley, president and CEO of Kiemle and Hagood. River Park Square currently is 90 percent leased.
