Century 21 homeownership workshops

The Century 21 Real Estate Center will hold two community workshops on Saturday, April 19, on "Becoming Your Own Landlord by Home Ownership." The workshops will run from 10 a.m. to noon and 1-3 p.m. in the center at 19720 44th Ave. W., Suite T, in Lynnwood. The first session will cover buying your first home and the second session is on investing in real estate.
