Cory Naber, Steve Huxtable, Dwayne Maneval and Mandi Vanderpol joined the Federal Way office of John L. Scott Real Estate as a sales associate. LaRee Lewis joined the residential firm's Bellevue Place office. The Everett office added Kay Swoboda, Suzette Young, James Hansen, Jacqueline Diaz, Don Wilson and Pat Bash-Velasquez. Jean Munday started in Gig Harbor. The Kirkland office hired Dan Tapia, John Velezmoro, Steve Gianelli and Shanda Owen. The Belltown office added Madeline Bindley and Everett Tyler. Caroline Fulton joined the Laurelhurst office. Catherine Smith started in Bellevue Main. Lisa Dunny joined the Bremerton office.

Lynnwood West added Jeng Taing, while Port Orchard hired Patricia McGuire. Sheryl Avery and Alisa McLain began selling in North Bend. Jody Cook and Lisa Luckerath started in Poulsbo.
