Barton DeLacy was named managing director for the Portland appraisal and consulting firm of PGP Consulting LLC, which operates a Seattle office. PGP Consulting is a subsidiary of PGP Valuation Inc., formerly Palmer, Groth and Pietka. In addition to Portland and Seattle, it has offices in Sacramento, Vancouver and San Diego. Prior to joining PGP Consulting six months ago, DeLacy, who is an Appraisal Institute member, ran Arthur Anderson's Real Estate Consulting Group for Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
