Mark Wright was named residential sales manager for Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, Shea Homes for Active Adults' master-planned community for active seniors. Wright came from Shea's Trilogy at Power Ranch near Phoenix. Before joining Shea, Wright was a territorial sales manager for Ingersoll-Rand Corp. He holds a bachelor's degree in building construction, another in industrial engineering, and a master's in theology. He was pastor of Harvest Baptist Church in Clinton, Ill.
