Glen Vannoy of Realty Consultants in Seattle became one of only 210 auctioneers in the United States and Canada to become an Auction Marketing Institute "Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate." Vannoy went through the institute's four-part educational program. Course topics include legal issues, financial analysis, property transfer and case studies on the marketing of residential, agricultural and commercial real estate.
