Rreef ties up $85M tower

    The San Francisco-based pension fund adviser is said to have made a deal on One Convention Place.

    Rreef Funds has emerged as the finalist to pay more than $85 million for the One Convention Place office tower in the heart of downtown Seattle, real estate sources say.
