Greg Wendelken, regional manager in charge of Marcus & Millichap's Seattle-area office since 1998, was given the additional title of vice president. President and CEO Harvey Green said Wendelken has turned the Seattle-area office into a strong one. Wendelken joined the brokerage in 1984 as an apartment and retail sales associate in Newport Beach, Calif. He rose to running the Ontario, Calif., office before he moved here in 1998 to manage the Seattle-area office in Bellevue. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
