HomeStreet Capital

Seattle-based HomeStreet Capital signed Cornerstone Realty Finance in San Diego as its multi-family correspondent there. The move expands HomeStreet's Fannie Mae delegated underwriting and servicing, known as DUS lending, into San Diego. Commercial mortgage brokers G. Andrew Graham III and Jonathan K. Cavan formed Cornerstone in April 2002.
