The Seattle-King County Association of Realtors will hold its annual politician briefings on housing issues and the state of the housing market next week. "The two-hour sessions are designed to give candidates and local elected officials an overview of the local residential real estate market and to provide them with comprehensive housing-related resource materials," the association says. Each session runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and includes lunch. The first is in Bellevue on Monday at the Bellevue Library, 1111 110th Ave. N.E. The second is Tuesday in Renton at the Fairwood Library, 17009 140th S.E. (this is moved from an earlier plan to hold it in Kent). The third is Thursday at the Shoreline Library, 345 N.E. 175th. The fourth is Friday in Seattle's Central District in the Miller Community Center, 330 19th Ave. E. For information, call (425) 820-3277.
