NoteWorld Servicing Center of Tacoma, which services seller-financed mortgage, added a branch outlet to its Tacoma headquarters location. The company, a subsidiary of the New York mortgage and investment service company C-BASS, named Shirley Colson to manage the new branch and serve as an escrow specialist. Twenty-year-old NoteWorld collects payments from buyers and distributes the funds to sellers, issues buyer and seller statements and late-payment notices and provides year-end tax records. The company has branches in Oregon, California and Arizona. NoteWorld also named Paul Hoffman as its Northwest regional sales manager.
