The postponed, 15th annual Washington Retail Seminar is set for 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on the downtown Seattle waterfront. A main theme will be customer loyalty programs. Speakers will include Brian Johnson of Alaska Airlines' Mileage Plan, Bill Winkelman of Starbucks' loyalty program and Russell Libby of ARG/Cormack, who will also discuss employee loyalty.
