S-J Management

Michael Sauter's S-J Management LLC, a Seattle-based apartment investment and management firm, sold the 148-unit Erlands Point Apartments in Bremerton to Michael Wensman's Earlands Point Apartments LLC. The price equals $61,486 per unit, which Sauter said is highest ever in Bremerton. S-J bought the complex at 300 Austin Drive in August 1999 for $7,15 million, or $48,311 per unit.
