Lincoln Square update Oct. 28

Kemper Development will update the Bellevue Downtown Association about restarting construction of the stalled Lincoln Square mega-project at a Tuesday, Oct. 28, breakfast gathering. The event will run from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency across the street from the Lincoln Square site in downtown Bellevue. Kemper Development, headed by Kemper Freeman, took control of the stalled project this summer and plans to link it to Bellevue Square and Bellevue Place (which includes the Hyatt).
