Lorig Associates has hired Paula Crandall as a senior property manager for Lorig Management Services LLC. She will lease and manage projects, including collegiate housing and properties managed for the National Development Council and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Seattle. Crandall has 22 years of property management and leasing experience. She previously worked as portfolio vice president and designated broker for Washington-based Legacy Partners Commercial, and as president of Liberty Asset Management in San Jose, Calif.
