Bernard Development

Tom Bernard, owner of Bernard Development Co., has leased 10,525 square feet of office and warehouse space in Building 2 of the I-90/Preston Industrial Park to the King County Library System. Michael Carroll, facilities manager for the library, said the library is consolidating several activities at the new location. The library will complete some minor improvements to the space over the next couple of months.
