The magazine editors cited Scott's progressive business approach, his leadership in technology, and his lifetime commitment to real estate. Also, the company has a new franchise in Village Center at Harbour Point. Mukilteo resident Howard Chung, formerly of John L. Scott's Bellevue Main office, owns and operates the 11th Scott office in Snohomish County and the 121st companywide.
