The Hotel Group

Edmond Lee, CEO of The Hotel Group of Edmonds, says the company intends to buy as many as six hotels in 2004 through an exclusive partnership with Hotel Realty Advisors. The strategy is to buy under-performing, full-service properties of 125 to 400 rooms. The company typically renovates and/or re-brands its properties. The Hotel Group has managed 87 hotels throughout the United States since 1984. Hotel Realty Advisors, which was established in 1996, has sold or financed more than $200 million in hotels and other real property.
