CoStar Group

CoStar Group has signed a renewal agreement with CB Richard Ellis to provide information services to the brokerage's 117 offices nationwide. The deal combines and expands separate agreements signed with CB Richard Ellis and Insignia/ESG, which was acquired by CB Richard Ellis in July.
