Marcus & Millichap

The 24-unit Holden Court Apartments, 931 S.W. Holden St., Seattle, has sold for $1.53 million. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Vierthaler sold to Mr. & Mrs. John Salinas. Spencer Hurst and Robert Sheppard of Marcus & Millichap represented the sellers, and David J. Smith, also of Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyers.
