Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield has announced three lease deals totaling more than 275,000 square feet of space in Kent. Leasing agent Tony Kusak secured two new leases and one renewal. Volvo Logistics North America leased 195,700 square feet of new space in Building D at Kent North Corporate Park, at 18202 and 18516 80th Ave. S. Volvo is consolidating from two smaller facilities. Lowe Enterprises leased more than 99,000 square feet to Weathervane Windows at Springbrook 188 Distribution Center, 7911 S. 188th St. Weathervane is relocating from Kirkland. Lucent Technologies renewed a 14,400-square-foot lease at Kent Centre Corporate Park, 22165 West Valley Highway, which AMB Property owns.
