Helen Wattley-Ames, a property manager for the Joshua Green Corp., has been elected 2004 president of CREW Seattle. Other new Commercial Real Estate Women officers are president-elect and sponsorship director
Lori Hill of Pacific Real Estate Partners, and secretary/treasurer
Margaret "Peggy" Emerson, field operations manager for the Metropolitan Improvement District of the Downtown Seattle Association. Seven new directors were elected:

Rebecca McIntyre of the University of Washington Real Estate Office,
Kelly Beckley (nee Davis) of Gregory Broderick Smith Real Estate,
