Brian Ledbetter and Kevin Huerter, CPA, have joined GVA Kidder Mathews' Valuation Advisory Division. Ledbetter, who will work in the Bellevue office, has more than 11 years of experience, mostly in appraisal, market analysis and valuation of investment-grade commercial properties. Huerter will work out of the Seattle office. His background is financial analysis, forecasting and research, and he specializes in office and industrial flex warehouse space.
