Developers of Cristalla report 57 units were sold during the opening weekend last fall; in two days total gross sales were more than $20 million. The developer expects to have sold all 197 units when the building opens in the spring of 2005. Prices range from $335,000 to $3 million. Officials of Cristalla LLC, the developer and contractor, say the building will be the largest residential tower constructed in Seattle in eight years. Steve Washburn of the development company Murray Franklyn is the lead principal of Cristalla LLC. Weber + Thompson Architects designed the project at Second and Lenora, and Williams Marketing is handling sales.
