Trammell Crow Co.

Wyk Parker and Dave Lamont have joined the Seattle office of Trammell Crow Co. Parker, formerly of Colliers International, joins as a vice president. He has 16 years' experience in real estate in the Puget Sound region and has completed about 600 sales and leasing transactions. He will focus primarily on brokerage services in the Southend market. Lamont has eight years' experience as a leasing and investment sales broker. He will work with Tom Abbott, director of brokerage services, as a senior associate in investment sales. Lamont's focus will be national as well as local markets.
