Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield won the property management assignment at the 189,000-square-foot Quadrant Lake Union Center in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. The Washington Capital Management property houses the world headquarters of Getty Images and three small retail shops. William Durslag, senior managing director of Cushman & Wakefield, says the deal is one of a growing list of management contracts.
