Windermere

Seattle-based Windermere Real Estate has opened an office in the Las Vegas area. Windermere Prestige Properties in Henderson, Nev., will focus on residential resale, new construction and the burgeoning second-home market. Robyn Yates, the office's founding partner and managing broker, says the office has 20 full-time agents and plans to more than double that number in the coming months. Darci Severns has joined Windermere's Queen Anne office in Seattle as a sales associate. She previously held the same post with Frank & Dunya in Seattle.
