Management seminar

Koss Property Management and The Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound will sponsor a seminar, "Landlord 101: Strategies for Managing Single Family Homes and Small Multiplexes," at 1 p.m. Feb. 21 at Ivar's Salmon House, 401 N.E. Northlake Way, Seattle. The three-hour seminar is for people new to property management and those in the industry for several years. Cost is $75 for association members and $100 for nonmembers.
