The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties will host its spring seminar March 17 at Seattle's Bell Harbor International Conference Center. There will be panel discussions, "Navigating the Path to a Great American City" and "The Greening of Commercial Development -- Where's the Value and Who will Pay for It?" The group has invited Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels to sit on one panel. Among the other panelists are Sound Transit CEO Joni Earl, Bill Bain of NBBJ, Greg Smith of Gregory Broderick Smith Real Estate, Ada Healey of Vulcan Inc. and Denny Onslow of Harbor Properties.
