Colliers International

Sumitomo Mitsubishi Silicon Group has selected the Seattle office of Colliers International's Advanced Technology Group as exclusive agents in the sale of properties in Salem, Ore. Stephen Rothrock and Doug Barrett head the Colliers group. The properties are the North Salem Campus, which has 210,000 square feet in six buildings on 19 acres, and the South Salem Campus, which totals 397,000 square feet in four buildings on 39 acres. Sumitomo officials say the properties are high-tech infrastructure facilities with cleanroom, manufacturing and office areas. The company will close its Salem operations and move out of both locations over the next year. Tokyo-based Sumitomo bills itself as the world's second largest silicon wafer manufacturer.
