Steven P. Price, MAI, CRE and principal at Terra Property Analytics LLC in Seattle, has been awarded the Counselor of Real Estate designation by The Counselors of Real Estate. Membership is by invitation only. Price is one of 28 CRE members in the Pacific Northwest Chapter, which encompasses Alaska, Idaho and Washington. Price is a state-certified General Real Estate Appraiser and received his Member, Appraisal Institute designation 11 years ago. His experience includes consulting and appraisal services for complex office, industrial and retail properties, large land transactions, subsidized and tax credit housing, nonprofit and government acquisitions and dispositions and eminent domain.
