Ryan Dunham Real Estate

Ryan Dunham of Ryan Dunham Real Estate represented the city of Kirkland in negotiations to lease 17,746 square feet at the 405 Corporate Center, 11515 118th St. N.E., for a municipal court. Mike Schreck, Derek Heed and Gregg Riva of Colliers International represented the landlord, the Multi-Employer Property Trust. The beginning annual rental rate is $11.33 per square foot (triple net) and will top out at $13.25, according to Assistant City Manager Lynn Stokesbary. Wallace Design of Bellevue is the architect for the tenant improvements. Bidding for the project should be in May, with construction starting in late June.
