NAIOP's first Real Estate Challenge

  • University real estate students are competing for a $5,000 prize in NAIOP's first Real Estate Challenge at 4:30 p.m. April 15 in the Boeing 2-22 Cafeteria and Auditorium, 7755 E. Marginal Way S., Tukwila. Teams from Portland State University, University of British Columbia and the University of Washington will present ideas on how they would redevelop a 47-acre Boeing site in Tukwila. Tickets are $65 and must be purchased by noon Monday; telephone the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties for (206) 382-9121 for reservations.
