  • Real estate investor and author Scott Rister, a proponent of guerilla marketing, will speak at the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound's 7 p.m. April 28 meeting at Lake Washington Technical College. He'll discuss how he finds and works with what he calls "truly motivated sellers." Rister, of Dallas, is founder of One-Stop Realty LLC, a property acquisition company with holdings in four states.
