Marc Pujalet has been promoted to president of Kirkland-based Noble House Hotels and Resorts. Pujalet, a 27-year veteran of the travel industry, joined Noble House a year ago. In his new role, he retains his duties as chief marketing officer. Noble House CEO Jake Donoghue said Pujalet was named president to help the private company grow. The company owns and manages 12 boutique hotels and resorts in seven states. Noble House's hotels include The Edgewater in Seattle,
