HomeSight

Michael Liu, assistant secretary for Public and Indian Housing at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, met local officials Tuesday at the Stellina, a new affordable condo development in Seattle for a celebration of affordable housing partnerships. HomeSight, a nonprofit community development corporation, developed the 34-unit Stellina, where units range in price from $150,000 to $200,000. HomeSight worked with HomeStreet Bank, Impact Capital/LISC, Neighborworks, the city and state on the project.
